Graco’s HD Overmolded Diaphragms are Now Available Installed on Pumps Directly from the Factory!

Overmolded Cut A WayGraco Inc. has introduced over-molded diaphragms that out-perform the wear and life of other diaphragms by up to 20%.  Constructed out of FDA-Compliant PTFE on the wetted side and FDA-Compliant EPDM on the airside, these diaphragms can be used with most chemicals and are ideal for a wide range of pumping tasks including abrasive and sanitary applications.  Graco now has these diaphragms available installed in both industrial and sanitary pumps. Overmolded On Pump

  • Material/Construction:
    FDA-Compliant PTFE on wetted side
    FDA-Compliant EPDM on air side
  • Temperature Range:  14ºF to 180ºF (-10ºC to 82ºC)
  • Chemical Resistance:  Resistant to most chemicals in pH 0-14 range
  • Safety:  Complies to FDA21CFR 177.1550 (PTFE) and FDA21CFR 177.2600 (EPDM)

The Sandpiper 1″ Heavy Duty Flap Valve Air Operated Diaphragm Pump is Now Available From Warren Rupp.

The HDF1 is an addition to the HDF (Heavy Duty Flap Valve) line of pumps and offers an increase in Operating Efficiency (41%) and a decrease in Operating Costs.  Great for Sludge and Slurry, Suspended or Non-Suspended Solids, and Sump Applications.  The HDF1 comes in Aluminum, Cast Iron or Stainless Steel and can be fitted with a Wet-End Kit for any fluid.

The Husky Pump 1050 line is a complete family of 1″ (25.4 mm) Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps.  This Husky Pump group comes in multiple materials of construction and several different diaphragm materials.
