Overmolded Cut A WayGraco Inc. has introduced over-molded diaphragms that out-perform the wear and life of other diaphragms by up to 20%.  Constructed out of FDA-Compliant PTFE on the wetted side and FDA-Compliant EPDM on the airside, these diaphragms can be used with most chemicals and are ideal for a wide range of pumping tasks including abrasive and sanitary applications.  Graco now has these diaphragms available installed in both industrial and sanitary pumps. Overmolded On Pump

The Liquiflo POLYGUARD has NO metallic wetted parts, a mag-drive coupling with a PFA lined Containment Can and a stainless steel housing lined with PFA.  Poly-Guard combines the chemical resistance of a fluoropolymer with the strength of stainless steel. Max temperatures to 200° F & differential pressures up to 100 psi.
