CURFLO Centrifugal Mud Pumps for Abrasive Slurries
CURFLO centrifugal mud pumps are designed for high volumes of heavy slurries that are abrasive and/or corrosive. They have been engineered for continuous operation with minimal maintenance. CURFLO mud pumps come in three sizes: The 118 Series – 10 to 1600 GPM, the the 250 Series – 50 to 4000 GPM and the XL Series – 1000 to 5200 GPM.

Called the AODDampener™ it will feature all 316L Stainless Steel and PTFE construction at a lower price than most plastic and metal units. The AODDampener™ reduces the flow pulsations inherent in AODD pumps. It’s a great accessory for existing AODD pump applications and new ones!

QTS Twin Screw, Positive Displacement Pumps
Q-Pumps Twin Screw Pumps can handle suspended solids without damaging them at slow or fast speeds (up to 3000 rpm). QTS Pumps have constant, near pulse-less flow which gently handles liquids. Up to 60% air handling capability with self-priming and low NPSH requirements. The QTS line is also fully CIPable and can function as both the process pump and the CIP pump, reducing equipment costs.
BLACOH Gauge Guards

GRACO 1050HP High Pressure Diaphragm Pump
1050HP high pressure pumps offer increased fluid pressure without sacrificing flow. Low-High pressure mode switch allows pump to function as a standard AODD pump, saving up to 50% air consumption when high pressure isn’t required.

GRACO ChemSafe Diaphragm Pumps

GRACO Fast-Flo 1:1 Pumps
Fast Flo 1:1 pumps are designed to operate at air input pressures up to 180 PSI (12 BAR, 1.2 MPa) and deliver a smooth, reliable flow. Drum length and stubby models are available for either drum transfer or wall mount siphon feed applications. Ideal for lower viscosity fluids with plate (flat) check options.
