There is no time to wait for out-of-stock ANSI pumps in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Curflo’s Texas-made ANSI B73.1 Pumps are available for immediate shipment and are ready to install into your existing system. All products and parts are made in-house, giving Curflo the advantage of offering its customers an extensive parts selection of in-stock inventory ready for quick order fulfillment; eliminating users’ need to seek alternate sources or experience expensive downtime.

In addition to ANSI pumps, Curlfo® also offers self-priming pumps, gear pumps, and XL blender pumps. Each pump is subjected to a hydro test for all the wet end components. Another significant benefit of choosing Curflo® is the OEM Interchangeability of their components. Each part is designed to seamlessly integrate or be fully rebuilt into existing OEM pumps or complete pump packages.

The ANSI design was created in an effort to make replacement pumps easily accessible. All ANSI pumps are manufactured to be dimensionally interchangeable and have a back pull-out design. This allows facilities and plants the opportunity to source pumps from multiple manufacturers without changing their pipe schematic and design. The CURFLO G-Line Series is 100% interchangeable with the 3196. The G-Line Pump is available as a traditional pump or can be purchased as a skid package. CURFLO also provides spare parts purchases.

CURFLO Uses CD4MCu as Standard where Others Use 316SS

Curflo Cd4mcu ComponentsCURFLO goes above and beyond when manufacturing their ANSI Pump Lines. Using CD4MCu as standard where others use 316SS makes CURFLO ANSI Pumps more durable and easier to maintain than the competition.

CD4MCu is a high alloy stainless steel with superior stress corrosion crack resistance, and better corrosion resistance in chloride environments compared to the standard materials such as 316SS.
