Graco Husky 3275 Diaphragm Pumps are Now Obsolete

Graco has officially discontinued the Husky 3275 pump line and is replacing it with the new Husky 3300 line. The Husky 3300 line offers improvements over the older model including expanded materials of construction, better performance, and the new spring loaded pilot valves. Repair kits and parts are still available as well as product support.

AMPCO: Remanufactured Pumps, Revved Up and Ready to Go!

Ampco Pumps has announced the beggining of the Remanufactured Premium Economy (PE) Pumps program. These are remanufactured pumps that give factory new pump performance at a reduced cost. Ampco takes the gear case, rotor housing and cover (pump core) of a used pump and remanufactures them to oversized demensions. They than make new rotors and add brand new components which include their standard upgraded parts.

The Stainless Steel Power Frame adds 3A certification for CIP to the SPS pump line and, because of Watson Marlow’s efforts to reduce costs, it is available for same price as the original cast iron power frame. New EP Eccentric Hose Pumps From Graco

Graco EP Series Pumps utilize a single oversized roller to compress the hose. This causes less wear on the hose and provides more flow per revolution when compared to conventional hose pump designs. With no valves, seals or glands these pumps are ideal for abbrasive or caustic applications.

Other hose pumps require that the shoes be retracted by a tedious process which usually requires removing the front cover. Watson-Marlow Bredel has solved this problem with Pneumatic, Electric or Manually retractable shoes allowing the CIP process to be completely automated. This decreases downtime, and decreases the risk of damage to the pump from constant disassembly/re-assembly.
