PeopleFlo aims to simplify design.  With only seven parts they’ve done just that.  The result is a sealless design capable of pumping a range of viscosities from solvents to 50,000 cps resins. The benefit is no leaks on hard‐to‐seal fluids which means lower maintenance and environmental costs.

1.  Between-the-Bearings Support System:

EnviroGear’s patented Between-The-Bearings design supports the rotor and idler gears in an unprecedented way for internal gear pumps.  This support system improves reliability by maintaining proper running clearances and eliminating premature wear.

2.  One-Fluid Chamber Design:

With the inner magnets mounted directly on the rotor, the EnviroGear^® pump has a single, simple fluid chamber with reliable cooling and recirculation.

Upgrade at minimal cost!  EnviroGear Sealless Gear Pumps are  interchangeable with Tuthill, Gorman‐Rupp, Viking packed and sealed gear pumps; even some Lobe pumps!

One-Fluid Chamber Design:

PeopleFlo aims to simplify design, reduce lead times, limit maintenance and environmental costs, and keep parts pricing low. The patented eccentric spindle (see exploded view below) supports the rotor and idler gears on both sides, and in the middle, like a Between‐The‐Bearing Design. EnviroGear® spindles are designed with hard materials ‐ 4140 carbon steel or 17‐4 PH stainless steel ‐ and with large diameters. The result is a sealless gear pump design that cuts deflection by an estimated 10 to 1. The benefits are lower maintenance costs by reducing contact wear to rotor, casing, idler and head on top of lower costs by eliminating seal leakage. With magnets mounted directly on the rotor and without an adapter plate, EnviroGear® has a One‐Fluid‐Chamber Design. This design enables reliable cooling and circulation even on fluids that “set up” or are viscous. The result is a sealless design capable of pumping a range of viscosities from solvents to 50,000 cps resins. The benefit is no leaks on hard‐to‐seal fluids which means lower maintenance and environmental costs.

1. 1. Magnet Housing Assembly- Sealed bearings operate under light radial and axial load. Skid pads protect canister if bearings fail.
   2. Containment Canister- Patented design maximizes strength to wall thickness ratio and minimizes eddy current heat generation.
   3. Rotor Magnet Assembly- Patented design enables quick dis-assembly and magnet replacement. Carbon steel rotors are standard in iron and steel models.
   4. Casing- Statically sealed with only two industry standard o‐rings and assembled with grade 8 bolts.
   5. Eccentric Spindle- Patented stationary design provides unprecedented pumping element support.
   6. Idler Gear- Carbon steel idler gears are standard in iron and steel models.
   7. Head- Innovative pump design eliminates end clearance adjustment and related problems.
