Mobile Fuel Tank Cleaning System From Dixon Pumps-The Blade Master 1500 TCS

The  1500 Mobile TCS Completely Cleans the Top, Sides and Bottom of Fuel Storage Tanks, While Filtering Out the Unwanted Bacteria, Scale and Sediment.  Not Other Cleaning System Comes Close.

The 1500 Series Mobile Tank Cleaning System or TCS for short, based on the Blade Master Pump Design, is engineered specifically for Cleaning Fuel Tanks with capacities up to 3,000 gallons.  Unlike other tank cleaning methods and systems, the 1500 TCS uses a GAMAJET impingement cleaning head that cleans the bottom, sides and TOP of the tank!   It does this while also removing impurities and contaminants in the fuel, returning it to the tank when finished.  If you have fuel tanks to maintain, or tanks that held petroleum based fuels but will now hold bio/ethanol fuel blends, Dixon Pumps has you covered.

With new fuels and petroleum products such as Bio-diesel, ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel), B100 (100% Ethanol), B20 (Gasoline with 20% Ethanol), and B5 (Gasoline with 5% Ethanol), and also the development of newer fuels around the corner, complications have surfaced which threaten cost effectiveness and productivity, as well as marketability.  These complications, which are named below, can be avoided and/or managed using proper tank preparation and maintenance.  Dixon Pump’s Fuel Tank Cleaning Systems make these tasks quick and easy, and they COMPLETELY CLEAN the inside of the tank.

A LARGER TCS SYSTEM IS AVAILABLE FOR TANKS UP TO 30,000 GALLON CAPACITY.  CONTACT US FOR SPECIFICATIONS, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY.

About Organic Fuels:

Bio-diesels, ULSD and Gas-to-Liquid type fuels are proving to be susceptible to BACTERIA, FUNGI, COLD WEATHER (Wax Formation), and large amounts of SEDIMENT (build up from petroleum based fuels).  All of these can lead to plugged filters and declining machinery performance, in some cases fuel filters have exploded and the contamination makes it to the injectors, causing damages that cost time, and money.  If left unchecked the whole fuel system can become unusable and need replacement, which means lost profits.  Dixon Pump’s Fuel Tank Cleaning Systems can be used to stop these contaminants from ruining the whole batch by filtering out particulates, cleaning the inside of the tank, and recovering almost all of the fuel.  All other methods of tank cleaning, which really just suck the sludge out, require the cleaners to leave with a certain amount of fuel which is trapped in the junk removed from the tank.  They then turn around and sell it, taking your product after charging you to “clean” the tank.  The competition simply removes the sludge from the bottom of the tank, and everything stuck to the walls, ceiling and bottom of the tank stays!!!

Bio fuels and Ethanol also act as cleaners/solvents ( they have been used as low VOCs [volatile organic compounds] for cleaning parts for decades).  If these fuels are stored in a tank, which previously held normal gasoline or diesel, then sediments and built-up sludge end up being removed from the tank and get into the fuel.  Dixon Pump’s Fuel Tank Cleaning System effectively removes the sludge and sediment, returning the tank to a clean environment and purifying the fuel in the process.
