The design and development of the “Dragon Slayer” pumping system was a collaborative effort between Dixon Pumps, a key Stocking Distributor, and an important end user. Dixon Pumps was asked to build a pumping system that would pump a high viscous wire line grease called “Dragon Seal 10,000″ This product is designed to have a very high adhesion property and is rated in viscosity at ISO VG 10,000. Existing pumping systems limited flow of the “Dragon Seal 10,000″ to less than 5 GPM. The Dixon Pumps system utilizes a 50 pound bypass on a 2″ Pump, 4.1:1 size 1 gear reducer and a 1.5 HP TEFC 110 VAC electric motor
